I am looking for a freelancer to develop a WhatsApp automation system to manage bookings for my hideout private home theatre. The system should provide a seamless experience for users to book a time slot, confirm their booking, and handle payments. This will serve as an interim solution until a full-fledged booking website is developed. Key Requirements: User Flow: 1. Welcome Message: When a user sends a message, the system should send an automated reply with booking options. Example: Hi [Name]! Welcome to Hideout Theatre Booking. Please select your city: 1. Guwahati 2. Shillong 3. Other 2. City Selection: Users should select their city to proceed. 3. Date and Time Selection: Ask users to provide a booking date in DD/MM/YYYY format. Ask for start and end times (minimum booking duration: 3 hours). 4. Availability Check: Validate the selected time slot to ensure it is available. If unavailable, notify the user: The selected time slot is already booked. Please choose another time. 5. Visitor Count and Pricing: Ask for the number of visitors. Pricing details: ₹200 for up to 2 visitors. ₹50 per additional visitor. 6. Payment Options: Provide two payment options: a) Online Payment (via Razorpay/Paytm/Stripe). b) Pay at Hideout (Cash on delivery). For online payment, generate and share a payment link. 7. Basic Information Collection & OTP Verification: After confirming the booking, collect the following details: Full Name Age Mobile Number Send an OTP to the provided mobile number for verification. Confirm booking only after OTP verification. 8. Booking Confirmation: Send a confirmation message with the following details: City Date Time Slot Visitor Count Total Price (with taxes) Payment Method 9. Reminders: Send automated reminders 1 day and 1 hour before the booking. Admin Requirements: 1. Booking Management: Maintain a Google Sheet or lightweight CRM to log bookings, availability, and user details. 2. Availability Updates: Allow manual updates for unavailable time slots. 3. Payment Handling: Automatically log payments and flag unpaid bookings. 4. Scalable Solution: Ensure the system can handle multiple concurrent users. Tech Stack: WhatsApp Business API or tools like WATI/Twilio Studio. Payment integration (Razorpay/Paytm/Stripe). Google Sheets or any lightweight CRM for booking management. Deliverables: 1. Fully functional WhatsApp booking automation system. 2. Integration with payment gateways and OTP verification service. 3. Google Sheet/CRM integration for admin booking management. 4.
