Hi. I have this image attached which is a transparent png from here [login to view URL] as you can see at the bottom of the page a bar for rain intensity (black,red, green,blue and so on) What i want is a script that if it detects a some red,yellow, black on the png then it emails me a notification. I have an idea that a percentage of the image is red then notify but im sure you will have a better idea
