For this process they need to communicate with each other. So to make their communication easier We are going to introduce -- Create chatbox & Video Calling Feature to our website **Videocall features for one to one as well as conference calls. **Chatbox will be same as being used in freelancer.in on which we chat with each other .There should be provision to save and archieve the chats for future [login to view URL] Hi Naukri as an operator should be able to see the chats going on in one page called operator page. Purpose--- so that an employer could chat with different candidates from our job portal....Our job portal will have lakhs of data of candidates looking for job---if employer wants to chat with anyone of them then he should be able to chat with those candidates.
