TO ADD CHATBOX TO OUR WEBSITE -- 2

Hi, We want to create chatbox to our website same as being used here in freelancer.com we have a Job portal [login to view URL] ...We are going to introduce create chatbox so that an employer could chat with different candidates from our job portal....Our job portal will have lakhs of data of candidates looking for job---if employer wants to chat with anyone of them then he should be able to chat with those candidates. While chatting different chatboxes with whom chats are going on should get opened up on users screen. And they should be able to chat there experience and credentials like we share in freelancer.com. There should be provision to save and archieve the chats for future references. Also Hi Naukri as an operator should be able to see the chats going on in one page called operator page.
