Multi-User Inventory Management Android/Web App

Components: Android application Web application Database Version Control General requirements: Inventory management for goods There can be multiple users with their own employees. We need user login and employee login. One employee can work for multiple users and one user can have multiple employees. Employees can see their jobs from their own users. There is only a single material that will have multiple stages. Jobs are created that contains goods with current stats along with other attributes like expected date of finish, etc. Multiple jobs moves the goods from one employee to another. Each stages of goods have images and other attributres that needs to be stored and retrieved. Users can create jobs and assign them to employees. Employee needs to get notifications regarding assigned jobs and needs to accept or reject the job. User can accept the job on behalf of employee but that needs to be distinguished. Android specific requiremnets: They can be two separate andriod applications if that is easier for the developers to work on. Employee side: Employees moves goods from one stage to another via a job. Employees needs to add attributes and images at each stage. Employees can work for multiple users at the same time. Employees can work on multiple jobs at the same time. Employee gets statistics of his/her work for all the jobs. Ex- assigned jobs, accepted jobs, etc. Once the job comes to final stage, the data corresponding to that job is not visible to employee. Only a count is visible to indicate number of finished jobs per user. Job acceptance/rejection is required by the employee. Need to store the timestamp when employee takes action. User can accept or reject the job in behalf of employee but we need to distinguish them. Phone number and password is required to login into the application. Additional pin/biomatric is required to login into the app for easier login. Home page will contains statistics regarding the jobs and other things. Action page will contain all the jobs that requires action from the employee User side: Inventory page: Page will contain statistics regarding the inventory of goods Statistics regarding the jobs given to the employees Job page: Statistics regarding the ongoing, pending, accepted, etc. jobs Filter of jobs on the base of multiple things. Button to create jobs taht will lead to another page to create jobs. Final Receipt: Final receipt will be in the form of PDF/Image. Inputs are needed from user to generate it. It will also contain images of the final product. Receipt can be shared directly via whatsapp. Additional requirements will be the detailed version of what is mentioned above. The above requirements are very high level for the purpose of cost analysis.
