Outlook Macro

I need help creating an Outlook macro that will add an email to an existing Outlook task.. The program should be able to allow me to select an email from the inbox, then click on the macro button to : 1) create a new outlook task based on that email or 2) add that email to an existing outlook task.. For now actually, I would just like the macro to allow me to add an email to an existing task and then a pop-up window would allow me to choose which outlook task to attach it to. Write OUTLOOK MACRO at the starting of your proposal. Only bid if you can do it. No time wasters.
