I have done this before. But there is no guarantee that it will be successful, since not all versions of macOS can be installed on a non-Apple desktop (even in a virtual machine); it's difficult. It will also require your PC/laptop to have certain (hardware/processor) features, e.g. VT-x/AMD-V (hardware acceleration). Plus, you will also have to provide me with the ISO file of macOS you want to install. Message me to discuss it further.
