Before we start work on the project 1. Issue is on staging server of auto package create/update. 2. Before we change on server anything there are only setup for live server not for staging server 3. The live server is working fine as client said it was faster before we change. What we changed to resolved above issue 1. First of all we try to setup this project on local but we not successful because of IP address white-list issue. 2. After client approval we directly work on staging server and find out that package-auto create stuck because there is no setup for staging server to run queue automatic. so we created supervisor that runs for staging and its queue but after this we found that for both server we are using same Redis database so we create different Redis for staging but that result in performance issue of completing queue faster. 3. As per server configuration we did some change in [login to view URL] 4. We also find that server storage was full so we find unnecessary backup file which we can delete and free server storage. Required changes/suggestions 1. Package auto create/update is working now but there is certain code related change we need to do. e.g to avoid foreign key issue and MySQL connection placeholder issue. 2. About Redis issue we can setup different Redis instance to avoid performance issue like we have now. this can be done by using docker Or separate server for each. 3. There is lots of default queue is dispatching we can reduce that by code reduce. 4. There also a lots of MySQL connection that not good for to retrieve data from MySQL its take time when there too many connection and some time its result in MySQL connection error. 5. The big issue we have is staging and production are both in the same server that create problem for us to work freely and test our work on staging. 6. My suggestion is to move your whole it because project is depends on the queue jobs for this kind of project AWS is best to handle process and faster and we can create separate server for both staging and production. To complete the required changes/suggestions, it looks like it will take around 7-8 days. However, it might take longer depending on the complexity. You will also receive daily updates, and this will be an hourly-based job.
