Position: Facebook Ads Manager & Google Ads Manager
Location: Remote
Compensation: Hourly Rate (Based on Experience)
We are excited to welcome a talented Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager to join our growing team on an hourly paid, long-term basis! This role starts with McCarthy Academy and has the potential to expand into other projects, including local real estate campaigns across multiple locations.
About McCarthy Academy
McCarthy Academy is a learning institute offering hands-on pastry chef courses designed to inspire home cooks to expand their culinary skills. Our weekend courses are held locally and teach essential baking techniques such as cake decorating, macaron making, bread baking, and entremets creation.
Role Overview
In this role, you will help promote McCarthy Academy’s pastry courses to local audiences, ensuring our brand message reaches the right people and converts into filled classes. You will also have the opportunity to grow with us and manage advertising for additional ventures, including real estate marketing in the near future.
Responsibilities
• Facebook Ads:
• Develop, manage, and optimize campaigns to attract students to McCarthy Academy courses.
• Monitor performance, run A/B tests, and implement retargeting strategies.
• Provide insights on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Google Ads:
• Create and manage search, display, and YouTube ads to drive sign-ups and increase visibility.
• Ensure campaigns align with SEO and keyword strategies.
• Track performance metrics and provide regular reports.
