Key Responsibilities
Social Media Marketing & Engagement
Manage and grow our Instagram and Facebook accounts, creating daily posts that showcase finished products, promotions, and client success stories.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to build engagement and drive sales.
Design engaging graphics and captions using free tools like Canva or other user-friendly platforms.
Run small-scale campaigns to attract businesses and organizations in need of custom apparel.
Lead Generation & Sales Outreach
Research and identify potential clients, such as corporate teams, small businesses, schools, and event organizers.
Reach out to leads via email, LinkedIn, or other platforms, using templates and scripts provided during training.
Build relationships with prospects, answer their inquiries, and follow up to close sales.
Propose tailored solutions for client needs, including custom merchandise for events, uniforms, or promotional purposes.
Track leads, follow-ups, and sales using free tools like Google Sheets or Trello.
Market Research
