Odoo Community to Odoo Enterprise

We are currently using Odoo 17 Community on a Comtabo server and are fully operational with this version. However, to leverage the additional features and better manage our processes, we are looking to migrate to Odoo Enterprise.

We are seeking a skilled consultant to assist us with this migration. The project specifications are as follows:

Data Migration: We require a seamless transfer of all current data from Odoo Community to Odoo Enterprise, including:

Customer records, products, orders, users, etc.

Configuration of active modules (sales, purchases, inventory, etc.).

No data loss or alteration of existing information.

User Access Configuration: We would like to set up access for three users with specific roles and permissions in the new Odoo Enterprise system. Access should be tailored to the modules and functionalities each user needs.

Odoo Enterprise Installation and Setup: The migration should be executed with minimal disruption to our daily operations. We aim for a smooth transfer of data and an optimal setup of the Odoo Enterprise environment.

Lead Management Integration: We need the integration of lead management in the contact section of the system to track potential clients and facilitate follow-ups.

Consulting and Training Adaptation: In addition to the technical migration, we need to ensure that the system is fully adapted to our consulting and training business, with the following requirements:

Managing the registration process for Master’s or license programs.

Integration of charges associated with trainers for precise benefit calculations.

FAQ management and document handling.

Consultant management, and integrating payment systems for online payments through the portal or shared links.

Automation of the process from registration to sending quotes for training candidates.

Message automation to send bulk messages to specific groups.

E-learning module management and content updates.

Tracking gains by project for trainers and managing contracts related to them.

Integration with WhatsApp and Google Analytics for improved communication and performance tracking.

This project is for TARGETUP CONSULTING, and we are looking for an experienced consultant with a proven track record in migrating from Odoo Community to Odoo Enterprise. We expect the migration to be carried out efficiently and securely, with the consultant providing support throughout the process.

We need to complete the migration within 1 month.
