Description: We are looking for an experienced Odoo expert to enhance and manage our existing eShop. The winning bidder must have extensive experience with Odoo, particularly in customizing and optimizing eCommerce solutions for international markets. Additionally, integrating AI-powered customer interaction tools will be a key component of this project. Responsibilities include: Enhancing and refining the current Odoo eShop to improve customer experience. Managing the entire customer journey from product selection to checkout. Setting up automated follow-up emails, discount code issuance, and data capture for better customer retention. Integrating AI tools for automated customer interactions, such as handling frequently asked questions, product recommendations, and chat support. Seamless integration of upselling tools and email marketing (such as Mailchimp or others). Ensuring the eShop is optimized for global markets (multilingual, multi-currency, tax and shipping configurations). Requirements: Proven track record of working with Odoo eCommerce. Expertise in setting up and configuring customer journey automation (email workflows, upselling features, discount management). Experience with AI integration for customer service (chatbots, recommendation engines, etc.). Experience with international eCommerce setups (multi-language, multi-currency, tax compliance). Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively on project goals.
