Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will assist in pulling preforeclosure lists, managing and uploading data, skip tracing, lead classification, and cold calling. This role is crucial in ensuring our lead generation and conversion efforts are streamlined and effective. Responsibilities: Pull preforeclosure lists in Georgia using specified criteria. Upload and manage preforeclosure data in BatchLeads. Conduct skip tracing to gather accurate contact information for leads. Classify leads based on the skip tracing results. Make initial contact with leads through cold calling to gauge interest and set up follow-up calls. Flag interested leads for follow-up by senior team members (Chris and Kevin). Maintain accurate records of all communications and lead statuses. Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the marketing and sales team. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in real estate. Proficient in using real estate software like BatchLeads. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with skip tracing and lead generation processes. Experience in cold calling and handling initial lead interactions. Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup. Preferred Skills: Experience with CRM tools and data management. Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and processes. Proficiency in using AI tools for task automation. Training: We will provide a day or so of training to ensure the VA is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform the tasks efficiently. Continuous support and guidance will be available to help the VA succeed in this role.
