UK Investment Property Research, Data Collection and Analysis - don't need to be based in the UK though

I am a property entrepreneur based in the UK, I need someone that is good at internet research, data entry, collection and analysis. I regularly assess houses like the opportunity in this example. [login to view URL] I will need someone to find the information (internet research) and create a spreadsheet (data entry) that will show 1. Key details of main property into a spreadsheet like address, house price, bedrooms etc 2. Generate a list of recent sales by searching [login to view URL] 3. Find out how much properties are currently selling for using [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] 4. Find how much the main property will rent for using right move searching [login to view URL] 5. Then using formulas given (data entry) work out whether the deal is something I should pursue and record that information onto the spreadsheet The person will be doing this analyisis for 10-20 houses per week. One analysis takes 5 minutes. So it's approximately 2 hours work per week.
