need to convert VC++.Net source code into C language

I am a having biometric project in VC++.Net .need to convert some of the files into C language. biometric device will have two types of trasport channels RS232,USB. Here transport layer is RS 232. you can ignore the code where USB layer was involved. below mentioned files need to convert into C. all other files can ignore. there is one more zip file [login to view URL] which contains actual vc++ dot net project with comeplete list of files and documents.
