Request for Proposal (RFP): Development of Web-Based Sales Configurator for Dynamic Offer Creation
________________________________________
1. Project Overview
Objective:
Develop a web-based sales configurator to automate the creation of dynamic technical (MS Word) and commercial (MS Excel) offers. The tool will manage PCS configurations, generate Single-Line Diagrams (SLD) and General Arrangement (GA) drawings, and include real-time pricing, dependencies between options, and location-based adjustments.
The configurator will feature a basic CRM module to manage customer and project data, allowing users to save drafts, track versions, and compare offers. The initial release will be standalone, with future scalability for ERP/CRM integration.
