PCB Design for TIJ Printhead Control

I'm looking for a proficient PCB designer who can create a PCB that will control a TIJ printhead. This printhead should be able to print both text and low detail images received from a smartphone app. The PCB also needs to manage a small, low-noise, low rpm stepper motor that rotates synchronously with the printing. I have several files from research of similar public projects found online such as schematic and code.
PCB should be as compact as possible, would like to stay under 75mm x 40mm its okay if multiple boards.
Key Project Requirements:
- Design a PCB that controls a TIJ printhead
- Printhead should receive data from a smartphone app
- Control a small, low-noise stepper motor
- Integrate a small (9volt) rechargeable battery with a recharge port
Communication Method:
- The printhead and motor control will need to be managed via Bluetooth, as this is the communication method used by the smartphone app.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in PCB design
- Knowledge of TIJ printhead technology
- Familiarity with Bluetooth technology
