We are seeking a skilled Digital Designer to create a cohesive library of branded templates for digital and video assets. This project involves designing professional, minimalist templates for product brochures, landing pages, email newsletters, promotional emails, technical documents, technical schematics, and video guidelines and assets to achieve brand consistency across all customer-facing materials. Responsibilities: Develop branded templates for: -Product Brochures (PDF) -Landing Pages (built inside HubSpot) -Email Newsletters (HubSpot Email) -Email Promotions (HubSpot Email) -Technical Documents, including Product Spec Sheets (PDF) -Technical Schematics (such as electrical, refrigeration, plumbing) (PDF) Create Video Guidelines and Assets, including: -Intro and outro templates for video content. -Transitions, fonts, and styles for subtitles or on-screen text. -Consistent visual elements that align with our brand style across videos. Create a Brand Guidelines Document covering logo usage, colour palette, typography, imagery, iconography, tone of voice, and application examples. -Ensure templates are customizable and establish a minimalist, professional look. -Work with existing documents to understand current formats and build upon them. Requirements: Templates should be provided in formats intended for future use: -Email and Landing Page Templates: Built inside HubSpot. -Most Documents: Designed in Canva for easy customization. -Strong experience with HubSpot, PDF design tools, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom), and Canva. -Video skills for creating intros, outros, and other video elements. -Proven track record in designing branded digital assets for product-oriented companies. -Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines. Additional Resources: We can provide current documents as a reference for our existing content. However, the purpose of this is to create a new modern look with the priority being brand consistency. Timeline: Initial drafts within 1 week; project completion expected in 2-3 weeks.
