Travel Website and/or App

Looking to build an app or website that people can book flights, hotels, cars, etc.. and gain miles/points. They can transfer their current miles for what we would call “UMiles” and use UMiles to book what they need. We will create accounts on each airline for them to transfer their miles to. We would like for the website (bot) to be able to confirm transfer of miles and transfer customer UMiles on its own. For example. You have 100,000 miles for Delta Airlines. You transfer 50,000 miles to our delta account and we give you 40,000 UMiles. (Numbers aren’t realistic as of now). You then can purchase any flight (American Airlines, Frontier, Spirit, United, Jet Blue, etc) with those UMiles instead of just using Delta miles for delta flights. I would like the site or app to be able to book through those sites if possible instead of directing the person to those sites. Now let’s say, over time we have 300,000 United Airlines Miles, 400,000 American Airline Miles, and 200,000 Delta Miles. I would want the site to use those to book the flights people are booking with their UMiles The ones that are booking with their own money can book with credit cards, PayPal, google pay or Apple Pay. If we are offering deals to attract customers then we would use the miles we have from the transfers to pay for those deals. The ones that are using their own money can gain UMiles by booking through our site/app. All fees for transferring miles are covered by the customer. Customer can chose for fees to covered by us for less UMiles. We would like this website/app to be able to run on its own by a bot instead of hiring a team of people.
