Renovation Drawings for Commercial Pool

I'm renovating a commercial swimming pool and need engineered drawings. The project involves:

- Overhauling the plumbing and filtration systems

- Replacing all equipment including pumps, filters, and heater

I require partial assistance in selecting the new equipment.

Customer is experiencing leaking at main drain valves underground. Customer has asked that we excavate and replace necessary plumbing as well as update all equipment at the pad. Finally we will be replacing the pool deck and refinishing the inside of the pool as well while it is empty. The pool is approx 200K gallons.

Underground plumbing is 6-8" mostly.

Included in the files is the archive file from the state of Michigan that provides the pool history as well as some pictures of the pool.
