Freelance 2D Animator Needed – CelAction2D Specialist

We are seeking a talented 2D animator with extensive experience in CelAction2D to join our animated children's series currently in development. The series will feature 100 episodes, each running between 2 minutes and 30 seconds to 3 minutes. This project requires a creative and detail-oriented animator who can bring vibrant characters and whimsical storytelling to life.

Important: The project will be produced exclusively using CelAction2D, and proficiency in this software is mandatory. Please do not apply if you lack experience with CelAction2D.

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in CelAction2D – Essential. This software will be used throughout the project.

• Proven experience working on animated series or multi-episode projects.

• Ability to rig and animate characters using CelAction2D, ensuring smooth and expressive character movements.

• Strong attention to detail and a creative approach to storytelling through animation.

Responsibilities:

• Animate character sequences following scripts and storyboards.

• Ensure consistency in animation quality across all episodes.

• Work closely with the creative team to align animations with the overall vision.

• Deliver animation files in organized formats for post-production.

• Be open to revisions and collaborate effectively.

Preferences:

• Experience in animating children's content.

• Background in projects involving music synchronization or rhythmic animation.

• Storyboarding experience (optional but beneficial).

Confidentiality & Copyright:

• Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): Freelancers must sign an NDA before receiving project details.

• Work-for-Hire Agreement: All animations created will be considered work-for-hire. Upon payment, all rights, titles, and interests in the animations will transfer to the project owner.

• Copyright: The project owner retains full ownership of all animations, characters, and assets created. Freelancers may not use the materials in their portfolios without written permission.

Deliverables:

• Fully rigged and animated character sequences for 100 episodes.

• Revisions based on feedback.
