We are looking to have a mobile app for both IOS and Android. There would be a web based admin panel to create a form which would then sync to a users mobile app. There must be a grid with all of the responses which can be selected/sorted by dates, users, type of form. The web side would have an area to add users or import users via API. users would get notified via email and text when they have an account created and will give link to download the app. Must be able to store copies of the sent forms in a storage area and have the option to to download or view in excel or .pdf The form builder should have simple categories to add to the forms. calendar, field for typing, list (lists can be added manually with an add/delete button) or import list from .csv, and calculations (a formula can be added, example: subtracting one field from another), field must be able to be renamed. the form builder would also allow for adding sections (various fields can go into a section), then the user can choose to add another section to their form when completing. example; a field for what did you eat today. they type a food, then can add another line to add another food). selection for one time form or multiple use form (one time form disappears from users list when completed, unless re-assigned) The form app on the phone or tablet (Samsung to start, then apple) must be able to complete the forms while offline, and once connected to internet, automatically sync the forms. option to send the form via email in ms exel format, .pdf and send to dropbox or sharepoint in both formats. notification area for when the user has a new form assigned to them. forms can be completed more than once. (intent is to use multiple forms multiple times per day), must eb able to create drafts of forms, and add the the form throughout teh day prior to submitting. must have a document tab to download and store documents to be viewed/played offline (.pdf, .jpegs, .mpg) this would be similar to fastfield forms [login to view URL]://[login to view URL] or sitedocs
