Group Corporate Website - Healthcare

We're planning to build a corporate website for a group of healthcare clinics. We already have a website mock up front page, we just need to build the website inspired on this mockups they are not final, and not .psd just mock up design JPG. Although we need to develop the interior page design. Basic features: - Content Management using a CMS system without licensing or additional costs to run in unix hosting. - Design web 2.0 using the best practices. - Slideshow on the first page - News panel on the front page (just a small) - We call you system - Just a pop up contact form in the current page. This must happen after a couple of minutes after navigating in the website. - Online chat system - In every site client must have the opportunity to interact with the social media , facebook , tweeter, pintrest etc.. - Each clinic should be located on a interactive design country map - Newsletter signup and interconnection with a basic mailing system ex. mail chimp. The newsletters we sent should be avaliable in the website. - Site must allow search - The admin login is hidden - The site will have only 6 - 7 Top Links - 2 level site - 2, 3 click to get the info . - We will need to customize some icons ex. favicon, Address Book icon, Map icon etc. - We need to build a easy save cost calculating machine based on the number of smoking cigarettes smoked. Ex. How much you smoke , you save 2000USD per year. - we need to have a press center where we put all the media coverage - site must allow link building - every page must be accessible by link - compatible with chrome, firefox and IE - Compatible with the most common standards WC3 , HTML/CSS valid - sitemap and robots configured and other if necessary Appointment System - we need that the customer fills a form and the target clinic gets an e-mail. This form will fill a database also that will be avaliable to the clinic user. The appointments should be available thru list or calendar . - a Master user should be available to see every clinics appointments - After the appointment the customer will be informed by a customized HTML SEO: - we need to ensure that we website is ready to aply the best practices of SEO, like one page optimization, link building. Locations and Contacts Management - A simple contact management system, every visit contact ex. Franchise Brochure request should be recorded in a database. if a customer sends a contact asking the brochure we should receive a personalized HTML e-mail automatically and the contact recorded in the database. - When a new location is available ex. London, should be easy to put the new contact and address on the website. - All the contacts should be inserted in the mailing list automatically . The service must include mailing List configuration and website connection. Also include the newsletter template We will only accept candidates with available portfolio and online pages, please send it. We will not hire if no portfolio available. The winner will be also pre-selected to the other webdesign company projects and maintenance. so future assignments will come.
