The app would simple consist of a photo taking button and a place order button. The user would tap the take photo button and would use the built in camera functionality to attach a photo to the order. Then they would tap place order which would prompt them for a PayPal payment. The payment confirmation and photo along with optional Google Maps link would then be emailed to you with the customers contact information.

From my understanding from your post, you need an app that will help customers quickly contact you in a more efficient and convenient way , i agree that, mobile is indeed the future To make your app truly beautiful, i would start off with a nice splash screen with your logo(white background) and then a quick swipe to left introduction screens with cartoon art on how to use the app effectively, that would take you to the main page, i think a button at the center of the screen that says get quote with a white background, when you press the button it take s you to the camera app , after you v taken the photo the app will take you to screen to fill basic information such as Name, Street Address, City, State, Zip Code, Email, and Phone and then you pay and send the quote and you'll receive the email, i would work on the user interface to make sure its beautiful and develop it from there.
