I'm seeking a professional designer with expertise in creating precise 2D floor plans and basic 3D models for a two-story residential renovation with a mezzanine. The property features an open plan living area on the ground floor and a separate ensuite.
To enter the ensuite you walk along a ramp/ walkway to enter. The windows in the ensuite to be open voids to feel connected to the outdoors and roofline to match the pitch of the house.
All Floors to be polished concrete with a beach feel and internal of the property to be modelled similar to Moso Island Resort villas.

The upstairs mezzanine floor finish to be concrete look and the ensuite upstairs and downstairs to also have the polished concrete look.
Key Tasks:
- Designing accurate 2D floor plans for the entire property
- Creating basic 3D models focusing on structural elements
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD
- Extensive experience with 3D modeling software
- Knowledgeable in landscape design
Experience:
- Proven track record in residential construction projects
- Previous work delivering high-quality, detailed designs
- Demonstrated ability to create accurate and comprehensive 2D floor plans
