I'm in need of a talented graphic designer who specializes in photorealistic renderings, particularly for residential construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to create high-quality, lifelike images of homes and building designs.

Skills and experience needed:
- Proficient in graphic design software
- Extensive experience in creating photorealistic renderings
- Familiarity with residential construction design
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Expertise in 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Rhino
- Proficient in applying realistic textures to 3D models
- Experience with advanced lighting techniques to enhance realism
- Experience with integrating renderings into virtual reality environments

The renderings are intended for client presentations.

The renderings should emphasize modern design aesthetics and elements. The project will include fewer than 5 renderings. The renderings should include both interior and exterior details. The final renderings should be provided in JPEG/PNG format. Please include detailed floor plans. The renderings should feature a traditional style for both interior and exterior designs. The renderings are intended primarily for client review. The renderings should include a moderate level of detail for both interior and exterior elements. The expected turnaround time for the project is 1 day if possible. The primary purpose of these renderings is to gather client feedback.
