I'm seeking a freelancer to compile a comprehensive list of training gyms (Fitnessstudios) across Germany. The project entails sourcing approximately 8,000 to 10,000 gym addresses from online directories, specifically Gelbe Seiten or google maps.

Requirements:
- Address formatting in an Excel document with the following columns: Name, Address, Postal Code, City.
- Even distribution of addresses from all regions in Germany, not just major cities.

Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with online data sourcing and directory navigation.
- Prior experience in data compilation projects preferred.

Your primary task will be to source the gym addresses from online directories, ensuring a diverse geographical spread and accurate data entry. An eye for detail and commitment to data integrity will be key to the success of this project.
