Hello,

I am looking to get an eye-catching billboard created that will be roadside in a large community. This is for an annual event hosted by a non-profit foundation.
The billboard size will be 5 Feet x 11 Feet
This billboard will need to include the following details:
- Denise Valentine Foundation logo
- Must have "DeSoto Vantage Day" for title
- Time, Date, and Name of Venue
- Needs to emphasize “Free Food and Refreshments” “Free Giveaways”, “Free Bounce House”, “Free Game Truck”, “Musical Performances”, and “Holiday Marketplace”.
- Should incorporate colors (red, gold, tan) from flyer and logo throughout billboard
- If images are added, please incorporate images related to the information such as holiday images, the free items mentioned, or images of Black American people celebrating together.
I have shared the logo, event flyer, and save the date for reference of ideas. Do NOT copy those designs. YOU MUST BE ORIGINAL AND CREATIVE IN YOUR WORK.

The following parameters must also be met:
Resolution 300 DPI
PDF/JPEG
Contrasting Colors and Large Text strongly encouraged

Must be okay with revisions/edits if awarded

What will be the location of the billboard? Billboards are usually in high traffic areas and no one is going to be able to read more than 7-10 large words. ....
