  Hi Omar, please let me know what would be the correct price for you. I think about the price cause I am not looking for extreme detail. The objective it is to show that some planning has been done, and to have clear thoughts about how it could or should look like. This price is for the one that shows the ability for the job. ILL MAKE A CHANGE ON REQUIREMENTS, ADD AN EXTRA USD100 as a second milestone when all areas have been worked out and show the above view of the masterplan.

  Dont worry to much about dimensions, take a look at dimensions on the sketchup file and for the whole terrain you can see the plans.

Hello, I love your project and am working on an entry. Maybe to clarify, are the "example words' you provided to be painted on canvas or modeled in 3D? Just want to be sure with the intended look.. #increaseprize

  Hi Robert, exactly! those words are examples of what is used on places with similar activities. Are painted on walls, could be a canvas or a spray painted drawing. Is just to have an idea of the design the place should have.
