The ad account is of a property, development & commercial law firm. I worked on keyword research and created SKAGs (single keyword ad groups). Added 2000+ generic as well as niche-specific negative keywords. Also, added 7000+ name-related negatives to avoid clicks on competitors searches. Updated the bidding strategy & budget several times a month to optimize the cost/conversion. Ads and extensions were updated accordingly. As a result of those changes, cost/conversion dropped from $57.50 to $42.37. Conversions increased from 35 to 50 & conversion rate increased from 20.71% to 26.60%.

As a result of those changes even with 17.87% less money spent, cost/conversion dropped from $84.48 to $32.82. Conversions increased from 35 to 74 & conversion rate increased from 4.28% to 8.26%.
