Magento 1.6 on Linux Server

REQUIREMENTS

1. Transaction Email 32 templates no longer show after installing 2 magento extensions.

Fix so the templates show in Sys >> Transaction Emails AND CMS >> Email Template sections.

2. Language packs (52) are installed but do not translate ALL non-static text on page.

:: Works perfectly on old site which was 1.4

:: All stores views have been setup and Sys >> Config >> Locale completed

:: Flags need to show with correct language, all flags are on server

3. Raffle extension installed but do not show on frontend.

:: In admin, Add or Edit is blank. No way to add content on backend.
