Community Center Building Revit Modeling

Contest Brief

I'm seeking a skilled Revit professional to model a one-story, approximately 6,600 SF community center building and its site context, from a set of provided scanned drawings. The model should be intermediate to detailed, accurately incorporating walls, floors, roofs, doors, windows, and moderately detailed furniture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the Revit template I provide.
- Incorporate basic annotations as per the scanned PDF plans, including reflected ceiling plans.
- Ensure dimension strings match those shown on A3 for the floor plan.
- Model for architectural design purposes, including phasing, finish materials, and luminaires.
- Deliver the final model in Revit (RVT) format.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Revit is a must.
- Prior experience in architectural modeling is preferred.
- Strong ability to interpret and work with scanned drawings.

I expect a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as the model will be used for architectural design purposes.
