this person did not understand about requirement. and not clear about work. so I did lost 5 days. Anyone who works with this person will lose money and time

Zeeshan did not understand the requirements of the task. The work that he submitted was sub-standard and not usable. There is no easy provision within Freelancer to dispute anything, so the only way to get out of contracts is to pay out the poor work - which is what has happened here. Freelancer asks you to confirm that the work is delivered to your satisfaction - in this case, it most definitely was not. Use this Freelancer with great caution. It is a pity that there are not ratings below 1.
