• Extracting business prospects & Decision-makers through LinkedIn sales navigator, Email findings & verification ,Contact discovery of businesses, Company profiling- extracting details of companies
• Web research / Google search engine and different websites like Manta, Hoovers, Zoominfo, Bloomberg, and Yellow-pages, List research and list building, Managing data using MS-Excel and google sheets
B) #Social Media / Lead Generation and Promotions:
• Create accounts Facebook, LinkedIn, Insta account / Page, Create ads on business pages, Set up ads campaign,Target people with location/city & age group, Post Engaging Content ,Select ad budgets
• Create a Form for Lead Generation, • Download the leads from the Facebook business dashboard, Join Facebook Groups and post our ads on this group
C) #Customer Service Tasks:
• Check client queries daily, Troubleshoot, Resolve, and reply to them in turnaround time, and Resolve Refunds, Cancellations, Payments & other order-related issues with high priority.
• Customer support by chat and email.
D) #Virtual / Admin Assistant: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Google Drive (Spreadsheets, Docs) as well as a social media management (FB account creation, Posting, Commenting and Engaging with followers, Creating Page)
