Figma Designer - Social Media Growth SaaS Platform

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Figma Designer to join our dynamic team and shape the user experience of our innovative Social Media Growth SaaS Platform. This role will focus on designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces to support the growth and engagement of influencers, brands, and individuals managing their social media presence. The ideal candidate will have experience designing SaaS platforms, dashboards, user workflows, and content management tools. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring seamless user journeys to life using Figma as your primary design tool. ? Key Responsibilities UI/UX Design: Create intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces across all features, including dashboards, content scheduling, AI post creation, analytics insights, and ad campaign management. Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes in Figma to visualize features and user journeys. Design Systems: Establish and maintain scalable, reusable design systems, including components, typography, color schemes, and style guides. AI Tools Design: Design interfaces for innovative AI-powered tools like content suggestions, AI post builders, and intelligent analytics insights. User Insights Dashboard: Visualize user engagement insights and analytics with interactive dashboards tailored for clarity and usability. Collaboration Features: Prototype intuitive UI for role-based permissions and account-sharing workflows for teams managing social media accounts. Research & Iteration: Conduct usability testing, incorporate feedback, and iterate designs to ensure they meet user needs. Learning Hub & Onboarding: Design educational modules, tutorials, and user onboarding experiences to ensure seamless feature adoption. ✨ Required Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for SaaS products or platforms. Expertise in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and system design. Proven ability in designing responsive user experiences for dashboards and mobile/desktop interfaces. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design trends in SaaS platforms. Familiarity with designing visualizations (charts, graphs) to represent engagement and analytics insights. ?️ Bonus Skills Familiarity with front-end coding concepts like HTML, CSS, or JavaScript. Experience with tools like Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, or advanced prototyping tools. Understanding of A/B testing strategies or user research methodologies.
