Key Responsibilities
Design and Prototyping:
Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs for web dashboards, mobile-first chatbot interfaces, and admin panels using tools like Figma.
Design customer-facing chat widgets optimized for WhatsApp and website integration.
Develop design systems with reusable components, ensuring consistency across products.
User Research and Collaboration:
Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to gather insights for intuitive designs.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align designs with business and user needs.
Interaction Design:
Create seamless, user-friendly interaction flows for brokers and admin users.
Design chatbot conversation flows with clear decision paths and engaging UI elements.
Visual and Branding:
Develop a clean, modern aesthetic aligned with the brand identity.
Produce icons, illustrations, and other visual elements as needed.
Handoff and Collaboration:
Deliver design assets and prototypes to developers with clear annotations and specifications.
Participate in regular design reviews and iterate based on feedback.
Skills and Qualifications
Required Skills:
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
Experience designing dashboards, admin panels, or SaaS products.
Familiarity with chatbot design, interaction flows, or conversational UX is a big plus.
Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic understanding of frontend development (e.g., HTML/CSS) to collaborate effectively with developers.
Experience with real estate or similar industries is a plus.
Familiarity with tools like Miro for brainstorming and collaboration.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong communication skills for presenting ideas and gathering feedback.
