Chinese Admin for Sales Calls -- 2

I'm looking for a Chinese-speaking administrator to assist with phone calls targeting potential customers. The primary focus of these calls will be to communicate our promotional offers.
my property management company is called Green Square Management and we are based in Sydney. the job is for 3 hrs per day (mon to thurs) from 5:30pm to 8:30pm Sydney time. 16 hrs per week. The job is for a lifetime. With great bonuses.
our main clientele is Chinese.
Ideal Skills:
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
- Posting property listings on Chinese Social Media
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience in a sales or marketing role
- Comfortable making cold calls
Your role will be crucial in helping us reach out to potential customers and driving our sales forward. I have a database of clients that we text, you will be calling the Chinese clients that are already interested in our service and booking my day with appointments.
