Python Trading System Development Assistance

am working on writing a PY code to achieve following outcome and need finishing the code. Lets work on this in different parts. Before we start here is the summary of what we are trying to achieve. I am building a trading system that generates a list of stock options we need to enter on a given day and take trade at 9:15 with a predefined risk of 10% and risk to reward of 1:8. To achieve this we need to break down the process in to three major sections. Identify the stock to enter in to. Prepare and take trade on all opportunities. Manage trades and take profit on open trades. In this sequence of steps I have been able to solve part and need assistance in part 2 and 3. Here is the flow of how we need to build this code. Get the list of entries details from the exiting function. Prepare and send order details to dhan through API. From entry details we get the most of the details on what instrument to enter in to but price is something we need to cater realtime. For this we need to use [login to view URL] api request and response. From the response we need to gather the best i.e. first sell price as ‘price’ to enter and calculate a 0.9 value of ‘price’ and use that as ‘triggerPrice’. Exception scenarios to account for when working on this. Not all instruments will have a sell price at 9:15 some will have first offer later at the day, for this we need to keep check for market dept every sec and update the ‘price’ and ’triggerPrice’. Not all order send to broker will be accepted and at time we need to change the price for the exiting order that is pending order update. For this purpose we need to keep checking the price of all the instruments for the entire day. Once order is placed or marked as traded by broker we need to manage the trade to exit at appropriate TP (this is the stage 3 but need to build the function or code to support the overall operation) for this purpose we need to keep checking the market dept on on second basis for all instruments. As soon as we have ‘price’ and ‘triggerPrice’ for a stock from step 2.1 we send order update using the api [login to view URL] api request and response. We check for oder book using api [login to view URL] and categories orders in to traded and non traded based on a ‘Status’ response. For traded orders we manage take profit which is part 3 of the code. For non traded orders we update the ‘price’ and ‘triggerPrice’ every 5 min based on the process mentioned in 2.1 using the api [login to view URL] Once all orders are in traded status this process is considered as closed. Manage orders for tp Using the step 2.1 we watch for the price for all orders from step 2.3. If the LPT reaches the take profit value mentioned in 8 time of 10% Sl we exit the trade by placing the api [login to view URL] with a sell order type with price value as calculated tp value. We check the order book to ensure we have this trade closed or market as traded and every 5 minutes we update the price of this order using the api [login to view URL] and use the best buy price which is above the tp.
