I'm looking for a developer to create a Windows application that can discover nearby Bluetooth devices and post their details to an API.
Key Requirements:
- The application should scan for Bluetooth devices, collect their signal strength (RSSI), device name, MAC address and device type, and then send this information to a specified API.
- The development language for this project could be any but preferred LabVIEW, python or C#, so expertise in this language is a must.
- Previous experience with Bluetooth device interaction on Windows systems will be highly regarded.
- Understanding of working with APIs and network communications is essential.
- The application should use the built-in Windows API for Bluetooth scanning
