Stripe Integration for Business Subscription Service

I'm looking for an expert with considerable experience integrating Stripe into websites/forms, to set up a simple annual subscription checkout for my business membership organisation.
Key Requirements:
- A Stripe checkout that is easy to use and secure
- Four distinct pricing options for users to select from
- The checkout must support multiple payment methods. But focus on card payments.
Ideally I would like to:
embed the payment onto a form builder (Cognito) and have the card details kept on file in Stripe.
user selects the membership tier and associated pricing (from 4 options) from within the form.
price autopopulates
customer checks [login to view URL] entering card details in the form.
subscription begins same day of transaction.
payment recurs yearly on that same date.
user has access to stripe portal to login and update payment.
automated invoice/receipt emailed to coient
welcome email automatically sent to client.
(if this is not possible to build into cognitive, I am happy for the form to send the user to a Stripe hosted checkout to complete a subscription payment checkout.)
