I need a script to overlay objects from one map onto another map.

I need a script to overlay objects from one map onto another map. I would prefer a linux script (bash, python, perl) however other scripts like php maybe accepted. Would like the overlays from this map: [login to view URL] to be placed over this map: [login to view URL] Please see the Atlantic and Pacific links on the first map. Review project and discuse anything with me before hand. Please make clear in your bid: 1. What you will use to write this in. (scripting language) 2. The time you will need to complete this project.
