Currently, I work as a Pump Systems Design Engineer at the Tekirdağ Water and Sewerage Administration, where I design and optimize pump systems using ANSYS Fluent. My role involves simulating fluid dynamics, analyzing vibrations, and ensuring structural integrity under dynamic loads. This expertise has allowed me to develop innovative designs that withstand complex operational stresses.
In previous projects, I conducted stress and vibration analyses for steel structures, including conveyor systems, vibrating screens, and crushers, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards. At Şişecam, I led the design of steel roof constructions and load-lifting systems, utilizing SolidWorks and ANSYS for modeling and validation, achieving CE certification for a 31-ton load capacity.
My approach integrates finite element analysis (FEA) to simulate real-world conditions, identify potential weak points, and recommend reinforcements or design optimizations. I also provide comprehensive reports with actionable insights, ensuring clarity and precision.
