This watermarked video will then be available for its owner to download it back to his/her computer *containing the watermark. This video can then be uploaded to any Video Sharing Site, such as [login to view URL] or myspace.com. The member has the option of also downloading the video back to his/her computer. Please try to make it possible for the video output format to be .swf, .mpeg, .avi, .mov, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, 3GP, or H.264 formats. I think the last two formats are popular in ipods and cell phones. I am not sure though. If I am not mistaken, I think the .avi format is the most popular format on the web. So, this is one of the formats that I would like the output videos to be in. The .swf file usually has one of the highest qualities. So, people won’t have difficulty uploading their watermarked videos to [login to view URL] or youtube.com.* ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
