Meg drove quickly down the country lane. In places along the road the trees grew together over the middle of the road providing a canopy that was thick enough to obliterate the sky leaving you feeling like you were driving in a tunnel. Meg shivered, she could not wait until she got to her destination and to where there were people, and light. The car sputtered and the check engine light began to flash on the dash. Meg slapped the steering wheel in frustration. "Great!" she shouted. She grabbed her cell phone off of the passenger seat and quickly discovered that she had no reception. "That's about right." she spoke aloud. "What am I supposed to do now?" Meg looked around and all she could see were the canopy of trees, a long stretch of dirt road that appeared to go on forever, and nothing else. Meg did not want to get out of the car, but there appeared to be no alternative. She was going to have to walk to find help, and she better get in a hurry because dark was descending quickly. Walking along the road Meg felt the hairs on the back of her neck stand up. She had the eery feeling that something was following her, but she could not see or hear anything to confirm that felling. A farmer was bitten by a lees that came in the range of gas factory explosion but somehow survived. He ignored the bite and started going to the fields even after being warned by the government to abandon the 3 KM area around that factory. Few days later when he was making the dinner for his daughter, he saw a red mark on his leg that covered the entire portion of his leg from ankle to the calf. He checked it and found that there were sharp edges coming out of that red skin. Next day when he woke that mark wasn't there as it never existed. He left the bed and felt an extreme urge to drink something. He did not realize that it was 2 PM in the noon, it means he slept for more than 12 hours without even getting drunk. Even after screaming several time to his daughter to fetch some water for him, when he did not get any response, he walked toward the kitchen to help himself. Next chapter : How he felt the unstoppable desire to have sex. Later : What during the sex turned him so on that he ate upper lip of Lisa.

Horror is easy stuff, and very fun stuff. Are we talking about something like 30 days of night vampires? Or something else? I've written tons of fiction stories, some even having to do with vampires. All I'd need is the general plot, characters, and thing such as that. A 5,000 word story would take about 4-5 days. Maybe a week and a half at the max. (Small sample of my writing style) Apart from my throbbing head, the uncomfortable hot fog of the early morning, and having slept in my clothes, I was alright. I knew that today was going to be an overly dreary day and there was a feeling of unclean sickness over me. My button-down shirt defiantly untucked and open, clinging to my body with semi-dried sweat and the moisture of the day's humidity. My entire being was moist and it stunk like hell. I looked lazily over at the small table that resided next to my bed. The room was still dark and my phone gave only momentary flashes of red from a small L.E.D light. Someone had messaged me. I reached for my cell and took it up, letting out a deep breath as I brought it up to my face. With a silent *click* the phone's screen illuminated, causing me to squint. I scrolled my thumb over the trackpad highlighting "SMS Messages". With another click the menu came up, displaying names. I lipped them, saying the names over in my head. "Leda?" I thought for a moment, and then clicked the message.
