Market study to open Russian services ecommerce

Hi, We are a french company who s importing product from Russia and selling them in France. To reduce our tax, we would like to make pay our french customer directly to a Russian company. For this, we imagine a Russian company with an electronic payment system (ex: stripe, paypal, or other...). Payment will be done in Euro. The day of transaction, we will ask customer to pay us by cash and to pay this russian company throught internet with an electronic payment system. A Russian company need to respoect some Russian rules to open an ecommerce of services. We need a Russian native person who can search for: - which kind of Russian company can sell his services to French customers -what are the rules, - what is the tax - which Russian electronic payment system we can use.
