DLL Development for TradeStation & MultiCharts -- 2

Create a Windows DLL in order to extend current functionality within TradeStation EasyLanguage and MultiCharts PowerLanguage. The extra functionality required involves creating a HTTPS client wrapper, which would enable me to do REST API calls to any API provider on the internet. The connection would be via HTTPS to the API endpoint. The wrapper needs to be able to do a GET request with multiple key/value pairs as part of the query string. The response obtained needs to report on the HTTP status (eg 200 for ok, etc), report if the endpoint is not available or times out, and can give the response provided by the endpoint (eg the actual weather forecast). The DLL wrapper should also be able to handle POST requests as well, for sending new information to an API endpoint. This functionality needs to be able to work in both TradeStation EasyLanguage scripts as well as MultiCharts PowerLanguage scripts. Ideally, a single DLL file would work with both platforms, but it's fine to create a DLL for each of the two platforms.
