BlueTree’s Contract Employee Management System (CEMS), is an innovative and comprehensive cloud-based B2B multi sided platform that brings contractors and principle employers to manage / control the operations and addressing the complete Contract Workforce Management Lifecycle covering: The L&D Manager will perform the following tasks: • Identify technical & soft skills for specific jobs; create competency framework. • Create and execute learning strategies and programs. • Create/source brief training content for specific skills and jobs. • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs. • Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training) • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings. • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities. • Help managers develop their team members through career pathing. • Create succession plan and monitor it. • Drive the employee engagement activities. • Drive the performance management system and tool. • Best Practices in Industrial Relations. Desired Qualifications: • 4+ years of industry experience in L&D-aligned roles such as training, assessments, content development, instructional design, preferably in IT (other areas are fine too) • Experience in recruiting is a plus. • Knowledge/Experience in instructional design, curriculum development and eLearning. • Experience in program management is a plus. • Should be able to conduct TNI (Training Need Identification). • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Organized, process-oriented, and the ability to manage projects with tight deadlines.
