I'm looking for a skilled PCB engineer who can help us with the process of PCB fabrication preferably from China

we are trying to setup a small pcb fabrication setup for RnD purpose and looking for someone who have done DIY pcb earlier and can explain things related to Photoresist, etching, Via Plating and solder mask process

also should be able to send us actual makin video doing the pcb by themself. mostly the via plating.

looking to make trace width of 0.1mm with 0.1 mm spacing.
