I'm looking for a licensed contractor for a partial renovation of my two-story single dwelling home in Salem, NJ. The goal of these renovations is to prepare the home for rental purposes. Key Tasks: - Upgrade kitchen: The top priority of this renovation project is upgrading the kitchen. The cabinets should be of a traditional style and the countertops should be made of laminate. Repair hardware and paint cabinet doors. - Attic Conversion: I need the attic upgraded into a room with a closet. - Porch Repair: The front porch railing support needs repair. - Chimney Work: Patch and repair the chimney inside attic. - Bathroom Work: Paint and repair bathroom walls, move the shower head from one wall to side wall. Skim coat bathroom walls - Door Replacement: Replace a few inside doors. - Security: Secure outside doors and replace locks. - 2nd bedroom: repair broken radiator, change 3 lights to one light and repair ceiling The work is expected to start in a couple of weeks with a projected time frame of less than two months. Ideal candidates should: - Be licensed contractors. - Have a portfolio of previous work to show. - Be agreeable to a divided payment structure.
