[ANDROID] Kotlin Feature Development: Battery Level Line Chart with MpAndroidChart

I need a seasoned Kotlin developer to implement a feature in my Android app using the MPAndroidChart library. The task involves creating a line chart to display the battery level history over the past 24 hours.
Implementation must be the same as Xiaomi have in their battery section.
Key Requirements:
- The graph should distinguish between different states with specific colors:
- Charging state in green
- High usage in red
- Normal discharging in blue
- The chart should have a highlight functionality akin to what Xiaomi uses in their settings
Data Specifications:
- The chart will be plotted using a custom dataset stored in a mutable list
- The data intervals for the battery level history are every 1 minute
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in Kotlin and Android development
- Experience with MPAndroidChart library
- Understanding of color coding and state differentiation in data visualization
- Ability to implement complex functionalities in a user-friendly manner
Your task is to ensure that the feature is well integrated into the app and operates smoothly.
Attaching the video of needed functionality also attached the screenshot of how it looks now, the look must be the same (or improved), and adding the highlight functionality. If needed, I can send current code for generating such graph.
